All financial transactions on jiliasis are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jiliasis supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
Deposits: Deposits are credited to your jiliasis account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. jiliasis does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by jiliasis subject to identity verification and compliance checks. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank are processed within one (1) business day. jiliasis reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
Withdrawal Conditions: You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. jiliasis reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending the completion of any ongoing investigation into suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

You may close your jiliasis account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.
